The morning begins with one of our favorite parts of the day. The bridal party arrives at the venue, settles into the bridal suite, and spends the morning getting ready together. Hair and makeup artists begin their work while music plays, champagne is poured, and excitement starts to build.
Meanwhile, the groom and groomsmen can relax in the groom’s quarters and enjoy a slower start to the day. Having both spaces on-site allows everyone to get ready comfortably without traveling between multiple locations.
1:00 PM | First Look & Bridal Portraits
Many couples choose to do a first look before the ceremony, creating a private moment together before the day officially begins. This is also a great time to capture bridal portraits, wedding party photos, and family photos before guests arrive.
One of the biggest benefits of taking photos earlier in the day is having more time to enjoy cocktail hour and the reception later on. Our property offers plenty of beautiful backdrops for portraits, from the pond and pine trees to the barn itself.
4:00 PM | Guests Begin to Arrive

4:30 PM | Ceremony Begins
It’s finally time! Whether you’re exchanging vows outdoors or inside the barn beneath the chandelier, this is the moment everything has been leading up to. The ceremony is often one of the quickest parts of the day, but it’s also one of the most meaningful.
5:00 PM | Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony, guests move into cocktail hour while the newlyweds finish any remaining photos. This gives guests an opportunity to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and celebrate while the venue team prepares for the reception. Meanwhile, couples can take a deep breath and soak in their first moments as newlyweds.
6:00 PM | Grand Entrance & First Dance
Once guests are seated, it’s time to officially kick off the reception. The newlyweds make their grand entrance, followed by their first dance as a married couple. These are often some of the most emotional moments of the evening and a wonderful way to begin the celebration.
6:30 PM | Dinner Begins
Dinner service allows everyone to relax, enjoy a great meal, and spend time with family and friends. Depending on the couple’s preferences, this portion of the evening may also include welcome speeches, toasts, or special dances.
7:30 PM | Open Dance Floor
Once dinner wraps up, the dance floor officially opens. From this point on, the evening becomes one big celebration.
10:00 PM | Grand Sparkler Exit
The evening ends with a beautiful sparkler exit surrounded by family and friends. It’s the perfect way to close out an unforgettable day and create one final photo opportunity before beginning your next chapter together.
